FAQ

  • What does the restroom trailer need for power?

    • The restroom trailer requires 2 separate dedicated 20-amp outlets within 100 feet of the unit. If no power is available, we can provide a generator for the trailer at an additional cost.

  • How do I get water to my restroom trailer?

    • We require a freshwater spigot within 100 feet of the restroom trailer. If it can’t be done, we can provide fresh water to the unit for an additional cost.

  • Does the ground have to be perfectly leveled for the restroom trailer?

    • Not necessarily. Should there be a potential for uneven ground, please contact us and we will advise the situation accordingly

  • Do I have to put soap and paper products into the restroom trailer?

    • Nope! Soap and paper products are already supplied to the restroom trailer upon renting.

  • Can I put a candle in the restroom trailer?

    • Open flames aren’t allowed in the restroom trailer, but battery-operated candles are welcomed.

  • What kind of surfaces can the restroom trailer go on?

    • Grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, gravel, almost any surface! Should there be any questions regarding a surface you’ll be placing the restroom trailer, please contact us and we’ll be able to further assist you.

  • When does the restroom trailer get dropped off/picked up?

    • Typically, the restroom trailer gets dropped off 1-2 business days prior to your event, and it will be picked up the next business day. If special arrangements need to be coordinated for the drop off and/or pickup of the restroom trailer, please don’t hesitate to contact us!

  • How do I finalize the booking process of the restroom trailer?

    • A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to complete the booking process of the restroom trailer. The final 50% is required to be paid before or when the restroom trailer is delivered to your event space.

  • How can I pay my deposit/outstanding balance?

    • If your preference is to pay by check please make the check payable to Live Earth New England, Inc. and mail to P.O. Box 86, Rehoboth, MA 02769.  If choosing to pay by credit card, please call the office at 508-252-9323.

  • I’m having a planner/coordinator handle everything for my event, do I need to send over any of their information?

    • If we need to coordinate delivery with any other vendors, please provide our information to them and their information to us.  Having a plan in place prior to delivery will make the whole process go as smoothly as possible.

    • If we need to coordinate with any other vendors, and there isn’t a planner/coordinator, please provide their information to us, and our information to them to ensure that all deliveries go smoothly.

  • What size restroom trailers do you offer?

    • We offer 2 station, 3 station and 4 station restroom trailers.

​

  • Do the restroom trailers have a specific theme?

    • The 2-station restroom trailer is an Urban theme

    • The 3 and 4 station restroom trailers are Country Cottage theme

​

  • How many guests can each restroom trailer accommodate?

    • The 2-station restroom trailers are great for smaller events, and can accommodate up to 100 guests

    • The 3-station restroom trailers have the biggest holding tank and can accommodate up to 250 guests for your larger-scale event

    • The 4-station restroom trailers have a smaller tank but can accommodate events up to 200 guests

    • Please note, if your event is going to be larger than 250 guests, the restroom trailers can be used together to accommodate your needs.

    • Please keep in mind the number of guests and if alcohol will be served at your event.  We recommend renting on the higher side of the number of guests for the larger holding tank.
